EA Staff (Retired)@koga757 Would you be able to share further information on your platform and what happens when you try to purchase packs?
Having the same issue here on PS4 I bought points and after I bought one pack I've been unable to buy more it's been 4 days now support told me it would resolve itself and to just wait. I've opened the last pack I bought even already sold the player and I find this very infuriating since I'm missing bundles from new promos that I really wanted to buy. Figured EA would've solved it by now since it's a problem that has to do with me giving them money and that's all they care about but not even. Been having this problem in past Maddens I don't know how they haven't fixed this yet.

Listen we’ve been dealing w the same issue now for weeks. Stop asking the same questions over and over again we have given y’all all the info to go fix this little bug and y’all continue to shove it off because your scared that people won’t buy points w this glitch in the game. JUST FIX THE ISSUE
