Can’t connect to EA servers
I’ve haven’t been able to sign in on the EA servers for about a month now! No one seems to have an answers or solution for this problem! This may be my last year of Madden!

Hi @alexander1067 Are you seeing a specific error message? Also which platform are you trying to play from?

Type of Network being used: WiredDate/time issue occurred: 10/15/2022
What were you doing when it happened? I was playing MUT challenges and I went to pick a new challenge and I got this error message
What was the last action you completed before it happened? The last action I completed before it happened was one of the MUT challenges
How often does the bug occur? It occurs every time I try to play any of the MUT challenges
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I simply clicked on a challenge, selected the difficulty, then it gave me the error message
I have been having this same problem for the past 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed yet. This is just absurd. I have missed out on so much content and all of the challenges are stacking up None of the ideas and answers on the forums that I have found are working and EA/Madden hasn't done anything to fix it yet. Will I get compensated or rewarded for all the time that has been lost since this error message has popped up.
I’ve been having to reset my password for it to work then restart the system. I’m doing this about every other time 3 times a play the game. Happen again today and the fix didn’t work. Still unable to get online and not getting any support from EA.
when I try to connect to servers the game says an unknown login error occurred and then another screen pops up saying in order to access online feature you play station network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers. My play station network is signed in and runs fine but I can’t connect to EA servers. I’ve tried deleting the game, deleting my save files, changing my ea password but nothing has worked. I’m on a digital ps5.
