Can’t login on PS5
Keep getting unknown login error or “your login credentials have expired..” I go to reset my password but nothing resolves just end up going back to the same issue

Hey @candysue90,
It sounds like your PlayStation account might be linked to a disabled EA account. If you log in here, do you see your PlayStation account connected?

Not really, just tried to get in again several times. Whenever I try to enter Ultimate Team I get the message "Unknown login error accured."! I checked via your link whether my two accounts (PS4, xBox) are connected and it says that they are connected as well as my Amazon account. My gamertags are DS-CLZ (PS4) and CLZDSMiners (xBox Series S).
