Can’t play MUT
I get an error saying “cannot create more than 5 accounts on this console” but only my brother has created a MUT and he says he only made that one. I got this PS4 about a month ago brand new so it can’t be from a previous owner. Please help!

If you're getting that message, the console has had 5 accounts created on it. If you purchased the console brand new, it would be good to see if it can be exchanged for another because it's possible it wasn't actually new.
