can play trial version only?

I have the same issue. I am on PS4 Pro. It says that on ea play after I already payed 5 dollars and then when I go on madden 21 trial for the 10 hours trial I can’t play because it says Account is invalid please visit help.ea.com for more information. After that on another screen it says thank you for trying out madden nfl 21. Your signed in account requires an active ea access subscription. I ALREADY PAID the subscription I paid for should be active. I’ve payed for ea access already. It expires 9/21/2020. I should be playing madden 21 trial RIGHT NOW for 10 hours since I payed for ea play for 1 month. I also preordered the full game which comes out the 28.

If you already own the full game, you should be able to uninstall the trial separately and then reboot and play the full game.

there is nothing to uninstall. i have only one version of madden 21 on my harddisk.(xbox) im pretty sure it has something to do with the free2play weekend...

im just watching @JayDuhbb streaming on twitch. he had the same message at the start, so i think its only a wrong message because of the free2play weekend.

I bought the madden mvp with xbox live and now they won't let me play it it says it's a trial

I pre-ordered Madden 21 standard edition and now its telling me my trial is about to end soon. Why? I payed for it unfortunately. Should I ignore this message?
