I am on PS5. I have the skill based passing set to placement & accuracy and no matter what I do the reticle and meter do not appear in game. In settings I have changed the reticle visibility and the meter visibility from "hidden" to "visible" but the changes do not appear to save. It constantly reverts back to hidden. I have tried changing the passing type to other ones and even resetting to default. However, the meter and reticle stay hidden no matter what. Edit: I am now reinstalling madden completely to see if that fixes it. I checked to ensure other settings change successfully and they do. It is only the passing visibilities that will not save changes.Edit 2: Reinstalling did nothing. Another user said that deleting saved data resolved the issue. I did this as well and it did in fact resolve the issue... momentarily. I had about an hour of gameplay before the issue occurred again.

Okay so i went to “learn to play” in the main menu, from there i selected team practice, normal practice type. I loaded into the practice and selected any random teams and a passing play, then choose any random defense. Then i hit the options button on my controller to be bring up options menu in the practice. From there scroll down to options, game options, and change the visibility from there and back out once you have it highlighted as visible. Then you can throw a few times in that practice to make sure it is appearing now. If it is you can now quit and it should be active in all games. This is what worked for me and it hasn’t switched back. Hope this helps you guys 🙂oh and when i say you can quit i mean you can just quit the practice no need to close the entire app

@tstubbs7 same thing for me on PS5. It was working when i was playing last night, but today the setting always go backs to hidden instead of visible.

@MACKINCT I went into training and changed the setting then went into ultimate team and it’s working

@tstubbs7 i went into my saved game data and deleted the madden 23 saved game data to "reset" the game and seems to be working but i dont know if itll mess up again if i try to change the setting

Wouldn’t that mean losing all the progress you made in the game? Like your ultimate team cards and franchises you made?

Same here but it’s both the passing reticle and meter visibility too. Neither one will save kind of defeats the purpose on the new gameplay where you need to use it.

@ave725 i only started my ultimate team, and that progress is saved to your account online, so didn't lose any progress in MUT. i hadn't started any franchise mode or face of franchise but probably would lose progress in those areas unfortunately.

Hey I was having this problem on Xbox x and I went into my franchise and went into training and changed it from the options there and when I backed out it was changed on my franchise. I also looked at the manic menu screen game options and it showed it was visible! Hope this helps

@ave725 Franchises and other offline data - yes. Mut is on the cloud so it does not affect it.
