Cannot login to Madden Servers from PS5 Console

I cannot login to Madden Servers from my PS5 console; Every time I press R2 to login I get a "Please reset your password" instruction. I have gone through the process several times with no success. I...

Hello EA ppl I’ve been trying to get on Madden 23 for Online and it keep saying I need to login meanwhile I always play Fifa online n it is connected to EA so please help me resolve this problem
