I went to the site you suggested and logged in. All of my information and credentials looked good.
I started up Madden, and the same thing happened again. I got the "please reset your password" message again. I even tried going through the password reset again, and after doing this for like the 10th time, still get the same message when entering Madden, in endless circles.
I bought a disc version of the game for Walmart and want to return it if this cannot be fixed. I have spent too many hours trying to fix this problem. I have MLB The Show and it works flawlessly on my PS5.

WHERE IS EA SPORTS SUPPORT??
I have contacted EA sports in every way possible, followed all protocol and tried several times to get into my account from the game itself, to update rosters and have internet interactivity. I can login to my account from a PC but the game does not link to my account form Play Station 5. No internet availability in collaboration with this game.
NO LUCK AND NO SUPPORT AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF ACCOUNT LINK ATTEMPTS.. I have to say EA Sports support is worthless, as is the game itself.
I will never buy another EA product again because not only is it trash, it is a waste of time and a rip-off.
