Cannot login to Madden Servers from PS5 Console

I cannot login to Madden Servers from my PS5 console; Every time I press R2 to login I get a "Please reset your password" instruction. I have gone through the process several times with no success. I...

This didn't work. EA needs to fix this problem before they lose a lot of customers. I've been trying to get on Madden for a month now with no success and all fixes EA has doesn't work. Might want to figure out a patch to fix problem.
