Cannot play online madden
My brother cannot play madden online no matter how hard we both try to resolve the situation. We don’t know the email or password to the ea account linked to his xbox account so we can’t get in to change the email and password so he can log in. His account is not a child account or anything and everytime we try to log in with his xbox to get in the ea account it says “ineligible account” we’ve tried off and on to resolve this since December. We can’t get a phone call with an EA representative to fix this either. Pretty sure this will be me and my brothers (mine because a plethora of other issues related to me) last time buying a madden game if this can’t be fixed.
We don't set random email addresses. That would have happened from someone hijacking the account. Regardless, they'll have to go through the account recovery process to try to get access back to it.
