Cannot play ranked Draft Champions

Summarize your bug I drafted a team in ranked Draft Champions, but there were only 13 rounds of players when there is supposed to be 15. Now, when I enter ranked Draft Champions in Madden 17 on the Xbox 1, I am met with an error message that reads "The EA servers are not available at this time. please try again later." My friends can successfully play ranked draft champions, but I am unable to enter the mode. This only occurs with my "Little Hasman" xbox live account. My brother's account can successfully enter the mode on my xbox.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Draft a ranked draft champions team when there are only 13 rounds, then the game will kick you back to the main Madden 17 screen at the conclusion of the draft.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am sent back to the main Madden 17 menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play ranked draft champions.
