Cannot save files: Franchise, settings, sliders etc.

Madden 19 on PC: will not save any file. Not a off-line franchise, any settings, any sliders. I get the option to save, name the file, and click save. If I go to desktop and load the game up, it will go though the whole process as if I started the game for the 1st time and when I try to load a file, none are there to load. Need a solution or requesting a refund.

    were you ever able to find a solution to this? I ended up refunding my madden until this gets resolved.

    Hey Gronk...Not at this time. I'm in the process of installing and reinstalling the Origin client as I noticed that all my settings were erased in BF4 as well. I think that it may have occurred after a recent Origin update, or perhaps after I installed BF5 alpha. I uninstalled it after it was over and maybe that messed something up. I'll reply back with results after I dl both Madden 19 and BF4 😉

    Can not save my profile.  This is a known bug and needs to get addressed!!

    I am in the same boat a brand new game every time I start game just got it yesterday. This is so annoying!!!
