Can't buy MUT points on madden 15 xbox one

That is odd, clear your cache and see if that flushes out the problem.

1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache. 

Also, try power cycling your modem and/or router.

Hey guys, checking in here with the same problem.  Microsoft had me try what you suggested Barry and it still is not working.  I've had the problem since day 1 (actually pre-release).  I've NEVER been able to purchase points.

I was wondering if it had something to do with EA access?

That didnt help at all i was also told to change the clock on the xbox and shut down my internet to refreash the clock on the servers and that didnt work also. I call you support and was supposted to get a response but i have not got one.
