Can't Change League Settings in Franchise Due to Password Being Profanity

Summarize your bug I logged in to find out that my character's name "Niko Collins" was deemed profane and returned to John madden. Trying to change it back tells me that Niko or any variant of it is profane. I looked up Niko and Nico and neither are used in any derogatory way in any definition.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When customizing your avatar, change your first name to Niko or Nico
What happens when the bug occurs? You get an error message that says "Your first name is profane. Please try entering another first name"
What do you expect to see? The name change

Madden 21 saying my last name is profane. How do I send this in to review? It’s not profane at all. I’ve used it in madden 20 and had no problems.
