Can't get into cloud franchise, servers Can't process

Hello, so every time I play h2h or franchise online my game freezes and kicks me out and gives me a lose in my record and this doesn’t happen when I play other online games so I don’t think it’s my Wi-Fi but how do I fix this.?

Date/time issue occurred: Friday, September 9th 2022

What were you doing when it happened? I joined a Connected Franchise and created an owner. When I backed out of the league, I tried to connect back to the league, and it gave me the error message. Saying "the servers cannot process the request at this time"

What was the last action you completed before it happened? Joining the CFM and then just closing the app.

How often does the bug occur? I have not been able to access the league since Friday.

I've tried to join multiple online franchise leagues with my friends but every time I'm able to join the league the game will kick me out showing this message.  Afterwards i cant join again.  This hasn't happened in my solo online franchise, only the ones with multiple other users.  Please help 

Madden 23 keeps crashing in franchise mode. 
The message I’m receiving says ERROR Lost connection to the ea servers and we cannot process your request at this time…

The game is Unplayable. …

Please Refund me my money this is ridiculous…

I’ve tried these steps and nothing seems to work….

my connection is good I have internet download speed of 297.3 with wired connection.

 I’ve cleared, deleted storage , deleted game, hard reset the console, and my ports are OPEN. 
Nothing has worked

Person trying to join league keeps getting the error: Cannot access request at this time.

What was the last action you completed before it happened? REMOVED PERSON FROM LEAGUE

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? REMOVE SOMEONE FROM A 32 MAN LG. I HAVE DID A HARD RESET AND UNLINKED AND RELINKED MY ACCOUNT AND PERSON TRYING TO JOIN ACCOUNT.

Summarize your bug Kicking kicked off server durning free Agency,will advance week get sent back to week 1,after multiple restarts and force advancing got to draft then computer making picks every 5 seconds and auto picking for users.exited Franchise mode to get back into draft,now draft is locked can not advance further or next pick.

What happens when the bug occurs? Draft was auto picking every 10 seconds and skeeping user picks.now it’s locked in draft can not advance round nor draft
