Can't get out of player lock

I created a QB for the Raiders, and I couldn't find out why the camera was so messed up. I finally saw the lock under my player and I tried pressing LS and it doesn't work. I can't play like this, I keep throwing interceptions. I also tried this out in Owner Mode and MUT and it changed everytime I played it. It has to be happening to other people, I need help!

    L3/LS toggles player lock, are you pressing it pre-play?

    I've tried, but I've learned to deal with it tho, so thanks anyway.
