I will second that. I bought a game for me and one for my son so we can play online against one another. EA has made it near impossible to add anyone to the so called "Friends List" They say to go online to there app and add them from their "Add Friend". but there is no icon to add anyone from there app. This game/company is *!!!
I'm facing the same issue. really irritating
