I can’t either in the same boat
This has been going on since Christmas Day where I have been unable to access my MUT. Can anyone help?? My son put so much money into this team and I feel horrible that I cannot help him in any way! Thanks so much
no madden doesn't care tuff luck I have the same issue.
the solution :
1) ask for a full refund and quit madden
2) create a new xbox live account, new email, register under the new profile. Start over.
3) keep wishing they'll fix this and try contacting support to only get ignored by tech support reps that don't care at all.
