Can't purchase packs or points on madden 15 mut

When I click browse store in the mut the screen goes blank.. Then I click add points and it tells me.. you have no point offers at this time.. my account is always in great standings cause I always use xbox gift cards.. been like this for 2 days now

    I have been trying to buy points for 4 days now its says " No point offers were found. Please check back later". I am getting very frustrated I have also emailed Orion and gotten no response.

    When I try to purchase points to buy the All Madden packs a point purchasing error comes up that says "no points offers were found. Please check back later." Why is it doing this??

    I have been getting this error for weeks.   No point offers at this time...cleared my cache too.  Really frustrating because now I waiting 20-25 minutes for help.  Great way to spend a Saturday...thanks EA

    Madden 15 PS3 what is the deal with NO POINTS OFFER FOUND. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER. This has been doing this all weekend and still to day.

    none of there solutions work cause they are off for the holidays but they have a bunch of people who need help right now

    this didn't work and I made another screenname and everything was normal i could add madden points so clearly its something with my screenname and no one can give me answers I am beyond mad and annoyed you guys took my money but did not provide a service which is illegal I WILL TAKE SCREEN SHOTS AND SEND THEM TO CNN MSNBC AND FOX AS WELL AS EVERYONE ON TWITTER TO SHOW HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS Tony_blair121979

    This hasn't been solved to me I am going to tell anyone who will listen how you have stole my money...I bought gift cards and I can not use them and you wont give me a refund which is theif by deception I am going to press charges because what you are doing is illegal it has been 5 days which is an ample amount of time and you can not give me a reason nor what we did did not fix it tony_blair121979
