Can't redeem 99 Patrick Mahomes

I can't redeem the 99 overall Patrick Mahomes card. It just gives me an error. So I have 2 of my starters sitting in a set, useless.

Im on consol and my mahomes just dissapeared from my inventory, did the set and then i get on today and hes gone
