Cant see any friends online or invite them

Summarize your bug Also happens in franchise mode as i can't invite my friends to the game.. I'm starting to think its only the digital version my friends copy is fine. I can't see any friends on my friend list to invite to online play or connected franchise.. it says my friend list is Empty it also will not let me join anyone playing madden
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to online head to head and go to play a friend
What happens when the bug occurs? It will say your friends list is Empty although i have many friends
What do you expect to see? I expected to at least see my 2 friends who i bought madden with. It's not showing any friends not even friends offline
