For those who may come later with the same issue, EA customer support said, "they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve... will let us know in the forums of the solution."
So, no immediate solution.
For now, we are stuck with cards BND to our folder and opportunity costs lost.

EA should at least replace our cards at this pt and warn the community about either favoriting or upgrading players and bnd may result. Seems prudent and fair.

Also a 200k Card with the same issue. 1 Million coins down the drain unfairly. Its not even possible for these cards to be BND, all versions of those 2 cards are auctionable. @EA_Kent

is there any update here?? It’s a bit frustrating that we can’t even get a make right or coins manually added from the EA team. I have a full time job and family. I can’t waste the cards I purchased that were expensive
Did you find a fix for this? I’m going through the same thing as well.
I don’t believe this to be sufficient action to corporate recognized defrauding of customers. We pay real money for cards to have in game currency and then when your system glitches and essentially wipes in game currency this analogous to a bank in which glitches make your money disappear. This is unacceptable and the widespread reporting of this issue seems to be sufficient to elicit a class action lawsuit. I’m not proposing it come to it, but I would also hope you all at EA would have some motivation to prevent it from reaching that point.
