card becoming bnd and not switching back after i took abilities off

Hey everyone, 

I just wanted to confirm that this is something we're investigating and working on. 

I don't have any updates at the moment, but I'll let you know if I have some news to share.

Do we have a solution yet? Or update? This is really becoming a problem for many of us. I have 3 big cards myself losing value — incl a platinum tyreek. 

EA should at least replace our cards at this pt and warn the community about either favoriting or upgrading players and bnd may result. Seems prudent and fair.
