card becoming bnd and not switching back after i took abilities off

Hey everyone, 

I just wanted to confirm that this is something we're investigating and working on. 

I don't have any updates at the moment, but I'll let you know if I have some news to share.

Gamertag iimShifty  Xbox Series X. I have an 600k-800k card and its BND glitched. Can you let me know how you guys would be able to make this right?  Also a 200k Card with the same issue. 1 Million coins down the drain unfairly. Its not even possible for these cards to be BND, all versions of those 2 cards are auctionable. @EA_Kent

    Same bro i have 89 carlton davis and i cant sell him after i completed the set and same thing with my lawrence taylor
