card becoming bnd and not switching back after i took abilities off

I bought an 86 Headliner Corey Gabriel off of the auction and it turned into a BND Card.  Because of this I have not been able to complete the set for a Champion and have been stuck.  I hope this gets fixed.  I hope they fix the issue and my card specifically!  I honestly feel I deserve some coin or Madden points for my trouble.  I pay a lot of money to play this game and when it doesn't work properly it is very disappointing!
