CFM games not finishing properly

After playing a CFM game when it leaves the game I get a screen with a large football rotating slowly in the background, music is playing and I see a message "New CFM League Game results!" in the top...

Would you be able to give us some additional info?

  1. Which platform are you playing on?
  2. What is your gamertag / PSN ID?
  3. When did this first happen? (Date, rough time, timezone)
  4. Can you give us the league name and the gamer/PSN ID?
  5. Did you notice anything else that might be helpful to add?
