Challenge Rewards
The rewards for completing challenges are being earned but not given in Madden 20.

I also have the same issue. I’m completing challenges and earning stars. However I’m not receiving my rewards or packs and coins. It’s really frustrating

Can you click on the actual Milestones tile at the very top to see if that triggers the rewards for you?
If you're not receiving rewards, packs, or coins please provide specific challenge names & rewards so the team is aware of which ones need to be investigated. Thank you for the help!
This is so annoying. I’ve restarted my ps4 to get this challenge and I’m at the end of journey. I pass the challenges and it won’t let me advance because it says that I haven’t passed it yet.

Very frustrated. Trying to advance my MUT team and have tried everything to get past this bug and a few others. PLEASE RESPON and fix this!

For me, it's the first challenge in new orleans, Cleveland and Oakland Theme builders. As well as its happened multiple times to every other challenge ive tried in assemble your team, level challenges and all journey challenges.
I am playing the journey challenge and just completed the 30 stars tier 3 level but never received the gold premium player pack. It says I don’t have any packs to open but I never received my milestone reward.

I’m having the same issue with finishing the weekly challenge this week. I completed 5 goals the last of which was the solo battle challenge. I never got my grid iron pack.

Did you reach out to our Live-Support team or EA Help on Twitter so they can check into that for you?
I reached out to EA Help and they are looking into it for me. I took some screen shots to have them check it out. Spent over 2 hrs the last few days trying to get help with it just for a pack. Hopefully this gets fixed others don’t experience this issue.
I have this problem with the championship games, where you play 20 full games and earn a 89-91 NAT player after playing those 20 games.. it never game me the tier before that or the 89-91. That took so much time to do.
