The rewards for completing challenges are being earned but not given in Madden 20.

I just grinded the superstar solos to get the NAT superstar master pack, I have 146 stars and it says I earned the pack but have have not received the pack, I did receive the nat 84-85 ovr superstar pack
@DarkFang2003 Same problem here. Super frustrating. You get it to work yet?
