Challenge Rewards
The rewards for completing challenges are being earned but not given in Madden 20.

Can you click on the actual Milestones tile at the very top to see if that triggers the rewards for you?
If you're not receiving rewards, packs, or coins please provide specific challenge names & rewards so the team is aware of which ones need to be investigated. Thank you for the help!
I am playing the journey challenge and just completed the 30 stars tier 3 level but never received the gold premium player pack. It says I don’t have any packs to open but I never received my milestone reward.

- Are you missing rewards or stars? Gold premium pack
- Does changing your team's visuals fix it? No
- Does clicking on the Milestones tile at the top grant you the rewards? No
