Chill Factor Rewards

I was unable to log into MUT for about a week.  When i came back, the Zero Chill promo was over.  I did not receive my rewards for levels 10-16, anyone have any suggestions on how to receive them?

    @Vardar1 did you have a look at your item binder already? sorting by 'newest' might help if it went there without notice.

    my second guess: did you try to play one more Solo Challenge (e.g. a short one from the Rivalz promo)? sometimes completing one more game triggers missing content and rewards.

    if both approaches do not work, you might contact help.ea.com. they should be able to track your account and fix this issue for you.
