Coins Wiped for the 2nd Time
I’m posting this here as EA will just lie and say I broke terms.
1st wipe was 6.3 million coins
2nd wipe just under 500k
i play the game as designed grinding a minimum of 1-3 hours a day, I work the auction house both in game and using the companion app when not on the game so minimum 4hrs on average a day.
Anyone would say a loyal customer
I redeemed real money for the 1 time 2weeks before the 1st coin wipe.
I’ve never been apart of any of this (notes are from EA)
Buy Coins
Farm Coins
Distribute or sell coins
Promote Coin Buying or selling
Promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described in section 6 of our User Agreement
I call and get nowhere even to have EA state this
”After thoroughly investigating your account and concerns, we again found that we actioned correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. WE WILL ALSO BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY DETAILS REGARDING OUR INTERNAL PROCEDURES.
So nut shell, we’ll ban you but not tell you what you did wrong.
EA you can’t provide evidence because there is none. You have a broken internal system deleting peoples hard earned coins and real money.
As a tribute to Madden this year, you should be ashamed of yourselves stealing peoples time and money on false claims. This is happening to Thousands of people!!!! Admit you were wrong, fix the bug that causes this and give people what they earned back before you lose you loyal community.
