Summarize your bug I keep getting Command Failed please try again later when I try to add a team in offline Franchise mode. I get the message when I try to add the 22nd or 23rd team in Offline franchise mode.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Offline Franchise mode. It will let you add 22 out of 32 teams but when you add the 23rd Team you get the error message

I get command Failed when adding teams in Offline Franchise Mode.   I will let me add 22 to 23 teams then when I add the 24th I will get Command Failed message
