Summarize your bug Commentary during games (tested Franchise Mode and Play Now), referees and dialogues (Face of the Franchise) are muted. Besides that, field sounds, music and other sound effects are working. All the volume settings are set to 100. I just tested Madden 20 with the same audio settings and it works normally.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe it's just my copy, but the audio problems mentioned happen every game.

I have audio problems in Madden NFL 21: Commentary during games (tested Franchise Mode and Play Now), referees and dialogues (Face of the Franchise) are muted.
Besides that, field sounds, music and other sound effects are working. All the volume settings are set to 100. I just tested Madden 20 with the same audio settings and it works normally.

Try checking your audio settings. If you have surround sound enabled, but do not have a surround sound system, the commentary won't be heard since it's trying to play through a center speaker you don't have. Take a look at the audio settings on your Xbox and see if that might be the case. Thanks!
