Connected Franchise: Ending a game and getting kicked to main menu on Xbox One

It's just per session. It worked again this morning. My guess is that something gets hung up when you continue playing without fully restarting the game

Interesting. I'll see if I can give it a try today and report back. So to confirm the steps. Turn on Xbox, exit madden. Reset Xbox then play madden. If this is a fix I hope only a temporary one and EA still addresses the problem.

    I talked to an EA tech the other day and discussed it.  He said he was passing it up the chain to see if they can fix it.

    Turn on Xbox. Hit start on madden and select exit. Then start madden up and you should be fine.

      Well I gave this a try only once and it did work. I didn't quit the game though I just reset the xbox so that no games were open. So yes it worked, though it remains to be seen if it's a certain solution. In any case it shouldn't be this way so I hope EA gets on it promptly. Keep us posted on if it continues to work for you and I'll do the same!

        How do you reset the xbox.  Not sure if I am willing to try yet, just been playing offline and it's been working.
