Connected Franchise Player Development weekly challenge

After having a good game with one of my players, the opportunity to improve his developmental trait if I had a good game with him. However, the requirements to get the trait was specific and I completely missed it. I want the developmental trait and would like to know if there is a way that aI can go find this weekly mission and what I need to do to complete it before I play my game for this weeks advance.
