Madden 21 PS5 “Face Of The Franchise” not opening

Question

Hello, Madden 21 has not been opening up and the reason i bought this game was because of the high school, to college, to NFL. No other game has this mode, when I click on face of the franchise it says “loading”, then goes away and does not load in, &nbsp;please can you help?
