Connection issue

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

Wireless connection

I have tried multiple trouble shooting tips including changing my dns settings, works occasionally but not all the time

Most likely, the disconnects are due to using a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

Router is too far away, but has never been a problem till now

Have you added any devices to your network since then or are you using any more bandwidth? Did you start streaming anything while playing? 

If you haven't power cycled your equipment in awhile, it would be good to do that with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

There also are some other connection troubleshooting steps here. However, the best resolution to this is to switch to a wire.
