The product your company displays is an absolute disgrace. The major issues that have not been taken care of over the years just shows how much the company doesn’t care about its customers and only wants to profit off the same game each year with “slight improvements” attached. The enjoyment of the game is taken away drastically when players can’t simply play online without there being major glitches, connection errors and crashes that suffer in losses for the player when the player is up by 4 touchdowns in the game. There needs to be a change because it is a complete waste of money to buy madden each year when these issues continually happen on a game to game basis. I don’t remember the last time I got through an entire game without a problem.

@RFalzo25 I know it is very frustrating to face game freezes, disconnects or losses due to other bugs. I faced a lot of this 'REALLY???'-moments over the last years. although I do not have much to share regarding solutions, I would like share some thoughts how you might reduce your anger and frustration a bit, at least I hope so.regarding your assumption that a lot of hackers are on the game, may I kindly ask you to read my post here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Why-am-I-getting-constantly-DC-GLITCHED-I-CANT-EVEN-PLAY-A-GAME/m-p/9956794#M8684most likely what I suggest there will not solve all your issues you have with the game. but maybe it helps at least a bit to reduce your huge frustration and anger. for some of the bugs and issue, there might exist some explanations that are very frustrating and annoying, but they are just due to technical limitations of the internet which are most likely not to be solved neither by you or EA.... ☹️regarding your assumption that your opponent is cheating, as I replied yesterday to your post (see here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/New/m-p/9956839#M8689), I'd assume these weird numbers are due to a bug that hampered the correct count of played games.from my yesterday's post: >>> I am a little confused about the relationship between 'average points for' and 'total points for'. dividing the 'total points' by the 'average points' results in 50 games the player might have played. the same (50 games) results from doing the same calculation for the 'points against'.my guess would be that some of his games have not been counted for the 'played games' stats.<<<

@EA_Illium I stated the problem in my post above but will again for the record. The problem I’m facing heavily during every match is that i constantly get messages that say either myself or the opponent is experiencing connection issues and then the game crashes and kicks me due to the connection issue and gives me a loss even if I’m winning in the game big. This literally happens every game and I haven’t been able to get through an entire game without it happening. I’ve tried everything to fix the issue internally with no luck. I’ve tested the connection on my end, updated my system and the game, used a proxy server but the game continues to crash and kick me every time I try to play. It’s extremely frustrating because I haven’t bought madden in years because this issue has happened with past games and years later it still occurs on the newest game

@RFalzo25 Same problem, just following to see what they say. I’m doing face of franchise and get kicked out of the second game. Tried to complete it 5times and have been kicked out everytime

Trust me when I tell you I’ve tried everything which has been stated above. Instead of asking me the same question over and over again how about you give me a solution to the problem. The issues aren’t on my end they’re on maddens end which has been happening for years. Tell your team to fix the servers
