Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps -
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Thanks for reaching out about this. It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
I'm running across this issue currently. I've went from wired to wireless multiple times and had the same outcome. It cost me at least 20 games by now. I may get a full game in 1 out of every 8 tries.
Community ManagerYou should definitely stick to a wired connection. Also, make sure you're using at least a Cat 6 ethernet cable. What platform do you play on?
I use a cat 6 and have the same issue and I play on Xbox series x

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes, plug in the modem/router and let it come back online. Then, plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
