Connectivity issue between PlayStation Network and EA Servers

Hi,

My Madden 23 game won't connect to EA servers. I bought the game on PS4 and my PSN is MarcoLandry. I tried resetting my password and changing my NAT and DNS. Nothing seems to work. I keep receiving the same error message:

In order to access online features for this title, your account on PlayStation Network must be signed in to the EA servers.

However, I am able to sign in Fifa 2022 with the same PSN. I also have the Madden 23 Companion app on my phone and I have access to my Ultimate Team. 

I have no clue what to do and it would be gladly appreciated if someone could help me fix this issue.

    “In order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the ea servers” I’m signed in to my ea account and it’s connected to my console..
