Console Shuts Off while Playing (PS5) - Next Gen Digital Version

Is anyone else having the issue where playing the Next Gen version of Madden causes your console to shut down without warning? It only happens to me on Madden, and there are Xbox players complaining about the issue as well.

It also occurred on Madden 22 for many as well, so it may be a legacy issue with Next Gen Maddens, because I can play the Current Gen version all day with no problem.

This issue must be top priority for the EA staff, as it literally makes the game unplayable when my console turns off in the middle of a solo battle or an online game, where lost games can't be replayed.

    Also, after the console shuts off, I'm required to unplug it then plug it back in to turn it back on.

    My console doesn't make any noise before shutting off and there is no warning, it just shuts off, and this only happens on the Next Gen versions of Madden.

    I play the digital version.

    Yeah I also had the problem as well where it turned off my system twice and I had to unplug it to get it to work. After unplugging it it had to reboot each time. I haven’t played it since for fears it’s going to cause some damage to my system.
