Community ManagerCheck your TV is in "game mode" as this can have a significant effect on perceived input lag.
If you suspect a player may be playing unfairly you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report this.

I checked that first, and yes it has been in game mode. It is only used for games in fact.
It’s either EA servers or Madden servers. It’s extremely upsetting because I’m retired and have been trying to enjoy my time. However I attempt around 5-6 games a day and constantly have to deal with the lag.
I filled out a ticket prior to posting this, yet the ticket won’t show up on my account now. Typical EA BS passing the blame to someone else..
