Summarize your bug So when going into franchise I select play season game and it brings me to the screen where I can select either team but the controller is stuck in the middle and doesn’t allow me to press accept to play. This is really annoying because it happens with face of franchise as well so I can really only play offline franchise which I don’t want to do
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into franchise and try to start up a game
What happens when the bug occurs? It says controller select in the corner and the controller icon will not move so you can’t start a game
What do you expect to see? I expect to see play game and be able to play

Hey all,
This usually happens because there's more than one of the same platform account linked to your EA Account. For instance, if you have two Xbox or PSN accounts tied to the same EA Account it can cause this to happen.
To fix it you'll need to unlink all but one of these platform accounts from the EA Account. Be sure to link the other platform accounts to a new, separate EA Account after you unlink them from your main account.
