Copying application hard disc and won't install

So I just bought Madden 18 and the game won't install there's a pause logo over the load bar and when I press x to open it it blinks and then boots me back to the main screen I've done all the troubleshooting for the PS4 even deleted everything and put it back to factory settings I even tried it without the internet and same thing I should also mention this is the third disc I got from GameStop in the past 3 days and each disc does the same thing what do I do is anyone else having this problem
