create a player, custom draft classes

create a player faces need to be drastically improved. they need to be customizable. pick a face, pick a facial hair, pick eye color, pick eye brow style, pick hair style, pick hair color etc. NHL 22 & NBA 2K22 do great at this, but Madden, MLB THE SHOW, FIFA are lousy at it. All the equipment details, arms details are really good, but the faces are terrible! Please please please improve this. 

Also the customizing a draft class is very tedious. We should have to begin a franchise sim to week 2 in order to edit a draft class. why can't we just edit a draft class in the one of the menus and then upload that draft class into our franchise?
