Create a player doesn’t work

I have restarted the game tried multiple teams and have saved and loaded every time. 

but every time I create a player I save the player and they disappear. No matter what team I put them on after I save and leave the creation zone they are gone. I have created a player before so I don’t know why I no longer have the ability to do so.
