Creating an Away Version of the Broncos 1990s Throwback Uniforms

I'm a huge Broncos fan and after the year we've had, Madden is where I've been going for comfort. I love using the 1990s Throwback uniforms for every home game I play. Every year I buy the new Madden, I'm always hopeful the away version of the Broncos throwbacks will be in the game.

I feel as though it would be a relatively straight-forward addition as the only change that needs to be made is a simple color swap. To get the away jersey, the swaps needed are:

  • Orange - - > White
  • White - - > Blue
  • Blue - - > Orange

The helmet, pants, socks, and template for the jersey all remain the same, so nothing new needs to be added. I hope this is something that makes it into the game someday. It would be incredible to be able to play with these uniforms against the Chiefs at Arrowhead.

    @InsaneChalk Yeah I don't get y we get home/away versions of some uniforms, but then not the other. It's something that should easily be able to be implemented considering they've added new quipment and recently have started added the entirely new uniform concepts team have had this yr. For instance, they added the Patriots uniforms from the Chicgao game (current jersey, new gray pants), meaning they've added the new look pants, which was just a color swap from the blue pants, but in-game, they've got the setup all wrong.

    One of my biggest pet peeves w/ EA is their total lack of attention to detail. Takes like 1 image or 30 secs of video to see what a uniform looks like in full.
