@Koburn7 been 6 to 7 days now... and it's STILL happening as of Wed, Oct. 19, 2022 at 7:07pm Central Standard Time....
literally, there is no telling how long this issue will persist, as it's still going on even after the update, and after the normal reset of week for Season Objectives... been a week already, who's to say it's not another week... or a month? at this point, i just wish they'd take EVERYTHING down, fix it, MAKE SURE it's fixed, then put it back up... their "investigating" and patching ain't working....

To EA:
Anytime something in the game is broken and PREVENTING players from being able to access it, the maximum rewards the program offered, should be rewarded to everyone.
It is not right to punish users for issues that you are in control of and they have nothing to do with.
They are not deciding to not accumulate rewards, like CP points, it is an issue on your end. And it bottlenecks and stops all progress towards certain rewards, especially since most of the passes have starting and ending dates. Thus while you are trying to fix the issue the clock is ticking and you give players no extended time frame to make up for lost time.
Why not push the end dates back by however long it takes to fix the issues?

They are doing that and then some as it is.....
