@EA_Illium I posted this the second it was messed up. The second. And @RickterFresh reported it as well. And now - A WHOLE MONTH LATER - I’m expected to just wait longer for this possible update that isn’t coming?
Madden 24 is already 50% off because you destroyed all of our CFM’s. And it’s crazy that that still isn’t good enough to fix the mountain of issues your company has to make me ever want to play MUT again.
Your customer service has been beyond abysmal. Ever since the TA David Montgomery set when you did the set but couldn’t get the card. So when I did his value was worthless. Then you ruined my presents on Christmas. Then you said it was too late for me to get my make right and pushed me away. And now you have this stupid cap on this card you placed that cost me millions of coins.
You wasted my time, my patience, and my service. It’s an absolute pathetic to hear a month after I file the report that you want to update me to tell me nothing.
