DCs during weekend league again!

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 4

Date/time issue occurred 12/6/2020 3:30pm
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Champions
Summarize your bug the game took so long to load up, then when it started right after showing top 3 players I got disconnected and got a lost. I have 71 wins over November which is one win away from legend rank in monthly rewards I have tweeted the video out and no one answered me from @EAHelp or @EASPORTS_MUT.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You just need to play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The games just disconnects and takes me back to UT main menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect at least one more game in weekend league or to give me the win so I can get my legend rank in monthly weekend Mut champions.

    Hi there, @midoronaldo69 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • @EA_Aljo everything is working normally already that's not the point, the point is I have got disconnected and because of that I got a loss that prevented me from reaching legend rank. I'd like a comprise here not telling me how to restart my system and equipment. Thank you
